Describe what you saw: which step, what the screen said, what you expected instead. With a diagnostic report attached, one reply usually finds it.

The app ships a read-only checkup command that prints who's blocking sleep on
your machine, current pmset settings, Bluetooth state and scheduled
wake tasks. Many answers are visible at a glance.

How to generate the diagnostic report
Run this in Terminal and paste the output into your email:
/Applications/无头骑士大师.app/Contents/MacOS/Knight --diagnose
It's read-only — changes no settings, closes no apps, touches none of your files. Safe to run.
What's in the report
- Sleep-blocking assertions — which processes hold them, for how long, what kind
- Power settings —
disablesleep, sleep, womp, powernap, tcpkeepalive, and scheduled wake tasks - Enhanced Mode and remote-login state
- Bluetooth state — private-API symbol presence, permission state, what each read method returns
- Processes that blocked a sleep request
When you write in, include
- Your macOS version and model (e.g. “macOS 15.8.1 / MacBook Pro 14 M1 Pro”)
- Which app version you have (version number is at the bottom of Settings)
- Which step it stuck on, exactly what the screen said
- What you expected it to do
- If you have it, the diagnostic report
Check these first
These come up a lot — your answer may already be here:
- Why won't my computer sleep? — usually
disablesleep=1 - Single display? — unplug detection keys on display IDs
- How do I uninstall?
- What it doesn't do — which parts are hardware-level, beyond any software
One more thing
This app is made by one person — no company behind it, no ticket system. Replies may be slow, but every message gets read. And if you like, tell me the scenario you use this tool in; it makes building it more worthwhile.
